Research on key technology of ultrasonic temperature measuring instrument in high-temperature solid structure

Abstract Aiming at the key technical requirements of ultrasonic measurement internal temperature high solid structure, firstly, mechanical structure transducer is miniaturized and high-temperature resistant design carried out, so that it can withstand 800°C. Meanwhile, multi-waveform, multi-channel multi-frequency excitation detection achieved, integration function realized. In addition, high-speed data acquisition module adopts a 1GSPS sampling rate card combined with phase-based acoustic time integral zero sub-measurement method to achieve nanosecond accuracy required by measurement. Finally, reconstructed field steel out using developed electromagnetic measuring instrument compared result thermocouple, which verifies reliability probe module. The research shows technology development instruments will provide effective analysis methods, means testing tools for exploring parameters structures.
